Why are the Vikings all of the sudden the favorite to win the NFC north?
They've added Bernard Berrian and Jared Allen, and suddenly everyone is picking them to win it. Please explain.
First of all they have ONE of the best RUSHING lines. And the Packers have one of the best passing lines.
Second of all dont even act like Bernard Berrian is a good enough to make Tarvaris Jackson (the leader in interceptions last year) any better. But Aaron Rodgers has the leuges second best recieving corps.
And thirdly, Koren Robinson? Youre trying to make him a reason for the packers to do bad? The Vikings cut Justin Suranccy, so what if I make him a reason for the vikings to do bad?
And lastly, our qb situation is just fine. We have spent our last 4 months changing our offence to match Aaron Rodgers throwing style. Brett is out of the picture and we STILL have the best qb in our division.
So yes, excuse me if I think the packers are the favorite.

The vikings just can't do it. Its not possible. Even though I live in STP, Minnesota, I still can't bet money on them.

I think its because of other things to go along with that. First is the defense. They were very good last year and now with the Allen acquisition they finally have a hardcore pass rusher. Second would be Adrian Peterson. He was awesome last year and with the addition of Berrian it adds a threat at the receiving core. But look at the competition. Green Bay? Starting off with a new quarterback is going to be tough for them. Detroit? They have some serious question marks at all positions. Chicago? Who's gonna lead them? They still dont know who their starting QB is going to be. I think what people are looking at is the number of ? marks. Right now Minnesota has less then the other three teams.

Jared Allen had 15.5 sacks last year and will make that line have complete domination over anybody
Berrian is somewhere between decent and good and is someone for Jackson to finally throw to.
Antoine Winfield and Vistante Shincoe were both hurt and will come back. Winfield was hurt thats why Vikes pass defense sucked. Sharper was the only guy.
we've also added Michael Boulware and Madeu Williams and they were starters for the 'Hawks and Bengals.
Jackson has improved and will have a totally new order in the receiving core. Good thing Troy Williamsucks is gone. Jackson wasnt developed at all last year and is still improving.

Oh waaa Packer fan.....you guys must not be use to change face it your fudgepackers aren't the favorites this year...and Favre aint coming back to start...they've already made Aaron the starter
And I guess number 1 rush offense and number 1 rush Defense...and two solid guys in the backfield in M. Williams and M. Boulware to help the secondary and a threat to QBs in Allen will really help the secondary....Berrian helps TJ learn the QB system and takes some threat off of the Rushing O...oh and one of the best O-lines....Let's see one question for minny...is the QB
A bunch of Questions for the Bears and also the Lions
Two questions for GB the QB and the loss of Koren Robinson
sooooo Minnesota has the least questions to answer

More experiece at QB. Booty is gonna give Jackson a run for the starting job. Peterson is gonna light it up!! And the additions that you mentioned. PLUS!!! You're Buddy Brett, isn't gonna be a thorn in our side. Good Luck!
