OK please answer. Why is my arm all stiff....?
I was playing tennis the other day, and ever since my hand started to go all weird and I couldn’t hold things properly, they kept on shaking whenever I did hold something.
And now my whole arm is aching and it feels stiff. It hurts more at the top of my arm. And when I lift things with my hand, my hand and wrist shakes and goes all stiff.
And now I see to getting the stiffness in left arm too.
Why is this happening and what things could help? I'm 17

Only a doctor can answer this.
There is a condition called 'Tennis Elbow' if you want to look that up, but it's more painful and centres around the elbow.
If you get the shakes, that sometimes means a muscle is involved. May not do in your case though.
Go to a doctor or nurse. Hopefully it's just a sprain but you need it checked in case it's something else completely.

Most people have no idea how they develop this nagging injury but depending on the severity it can take up to 2 years to fully recover if you keep ignoring the warning signs and symptoms. And to make matters worse, this condition progressively gets worse over time if left untreated.
Symptoms can develop gradually over time with some slight soreness and tenderness on the outside of the elbow, which then leads to tightness of the muscles in the forearm. If left untreated, you may experience the misfortune of not being able to straighten your arm out when you wake in the morning without extreme pain and discomfort.
Check out this video by Geoff Hunt http://www.tenniselbowtips.net/ It's about how to eliminate your tennis elbow pain in under 72 hours and how to cure it completely within 30 days.

It sounds like a trapped nerve i have had this ever since i broke my wrist a few years ago. I am also 17 and do like massage on it and it have relieved the shaking alot ( i have only noticed it a few weeks ago) so try massaging it 3 or 4 times a day

It is just because you have been repetitively exercising an area in a way not usual for you.
Use warm and cold to release the strains, rest it - try not to overdo it but do still keep moving it - it should get better over a matter of days.
If it doesn't free up (you have trapped something or moved something) you need to get referred to a physio.

Straining a muscle? Don't worry, it's because of the tennis, you've answered it yourself. Just rest it, maybe have a nice bath, it should go off in a few days or so.
