Is it okay to have bloating( fat belly)during your menstrual period??

will it ever last after my period ???

    Hate to break it to you, but bloating is a perfectly normal (and all too common) problem that goes along with your period.

    Try taking some midol (has a diuretic in it to get rid of the excessive water plus a pain reliever to deal with those awful cramps) and/or cutting back on the salty foods.

    Yea, that is normal. I actually heard that drinking lots of water prevents bloating during your period. I thought it would be the opposite way around, and that it would cause bloating, but I tried drinking lots more water everyday, and I don't bloat as much as I used to.

    Uhhh..... thats part of your period. I have never heard of someone not having bloating.
