It depends on which pill you are on. If you are breastfeeding your doc probably put you on the progesten only pill aka: "mini pill." If that's the case, missing one pill can mess up the whole cycle. You have to take the mini pill at almost the same time every day. Messing up just one day will allow you to get pregnant.
If you are on a combined birth control pill (progesten and Estrogen) then you should take the missed pill as soon as you remember. So take it now. That should be sufficient to keep your cycle on track.
Either way, pull out the directions that came with the pill pack or look up their website. It will tell you what to do in case of a missed dose. Also, if you do have sex at any time during this cycle I would use a backup form of birth control - like a condom - just in case.

The first thing you need to do is figure out why your sex drive is low and try to help get it back. I was in your situation and it's not fun without being horny and feeling in the mood when needed. I also felt like my orgasms (if I would even get one) were really weak. Probably because of my sex drive.
However, I tried exercising and dieting but nothing seemed to be working. I thought I was screwed. I then found something just as amazing as the vibrator.
My friend at work told me about this stuff she took to raise her sex drive. It was a natural herbal supplement and was I lucky. to of found it. Theres no side effects and the sex drive is just tremendous along with orgasms that are blasting. The stuff is called Hersolution pills. At the time I saved money on them at herenhancement.com
What I did was tried out for 3 months and that was really it. I found taking them every other day or so was the best to stretch it out. After the months were up, I was back to normal with a beating sex drive and my orgasm strength in increased so much.
Well good luck and I hope this helps.

take the pill once u rember and all will be ok. my doctor said not to do it more then twice a week though. and if your breast feeding then thats LIKE(but not exactly) a natural pill. and you really have nothing to worry about if your not having sex. Just get back on track with the BC and all will be ok and congrats on the new baby

I remember reading some where that you can get those side effects. as far as taking the missed pill, I just read if you missed only one pill then take it as soon as you remember, then take your "today" pill the regular time you usually do.

I don't know about side affects with either of them, but I believe the way you do is, is totally miss the pill, and then tomorrow pick up just one.
I am not totally sure of this, but I have done it, and i am not pregnant.
Good luck with that....

no if you missed a pill u cant take two pills in one day. your doctor didnt teach you how to take these pills and what to do if you missed one... youve got 3 kids and your still acting like one. listen to your doctor, and stop playing around with pills. put the pills next to your toothbrush or ur morning coffee so you dont forget. heck with 3 kids you may want to get your tubes tied by now...
