Which WWE wrestlers will always be a mid-carder and will NEVER become a Main Eventer?

Hate to say it because i am a fan but Matt Hardy. I know he is going for the ecw title but that is no main event. Chavo Guerrero, Shelton Benjamin even though i think he so talented, Elijah Burke,

Ok, if I had to choose it would be Jeff Hardy and the reason is when he was in the middle of his push on Raw. He got hit with a suspension. He's also a great risk to injury. What would WWE do if Jefff got injured doing a Swanton while he's right in the middle of a push towrd the WWE title? And they won't turn him heel to give him a psuh, he has too many fans. That could possibly hurt ratings. He's a great wrestler and loved by evreyone but for now I think he'll stay a mid-carder.

i wanna say that their is a time in ones career when so and so becomes a main eventer it may be their debut night like y2j or perhaps the ending of their career like ric flair(kepp in mind that he was made a jobber for some time whihc i didnt like, and wrestlign people like carlito ddint duit him but yes before that he was a main eventer)

even people like hornswoglles will beocme main evneters one day.....may they be heel or face....one day each and every guy becoms a MAIN EVENTER...like you and me and pople in this world!!!!
