why is anything a form? interdependence, on the most basic level, but to call anything a thing is to limit its actuality. the actual life of any form relies completely on everything else. the only thing that doesn't have any true nature is thing supported by what it depends on to exist. so a seed needs earth, nourishment, sunlight, and water to become a tree. it contains all those things that it depends on. if it did not have any one of these things, it would not appear, so the thing that it does not have is self-nature. the same can be said about the earth, nourishment, sunlight, and rain, so nothing has self-nature. it has no nature, and yet it appears! that is the mystery!!

It's a legal term. If it's not illegal, then it's not a form of murder.

It's art and has to be done in a special way, when called just a form it isn't done right.

maybe because there are degrees of murder. 1st degree, 2n degree. theres malice aforethought, heat of passion, etc. a person maybe intoxicated, sane, insane, mad, etc.
