Something is wrong with my car.?

My car is making this sound. It's hard to describe. It's kinda like a "shzzizzsh" sound, but sometimes it is like a "gzzssslll" sound. I think it is coming from somewhere other than the steering wheel, but I can't be more specific. What's wrong with it?

Sounds to me like the rotary exhaust bearing is interfering with the cross fed ignition stator, which could result in the camshaft spin sensor shorting out the fuel thingy module causing the car to go into panic! at the disco mode and making your toaster burn your toast. So you better get it fixed right away. And lucky for you, I have one on the shelf.

Like Mikey and frank f have said. You didn't get the whole story. There is NO WAY the police or anyone but the owner of the car is going to have to pay for damages and like stated here is why. If spikes are used on a vehicle, it was most likely in a pursuit. This means that the driver is breaking the law for not pulling over. (Even if it was the wrong car) At this point the driver is going to be arrested and is committing a crime. The police use spike strips to stop the vehicle, and driver is arrested. Any damage to the vehicle that is caused is the responsibility of the driver or owner at this point.

Hang in there and ignore it until it fixes itself. My check engine light was on for weeks and my car was making faint strange noises. But ya know what? The engine light went off today all by itself with absolutely no maintenance on my part. Now my car is better again! Sometimes you have to let nature take it's course. Even if it's not naturelike.

aha, i think i know what you mean. If it happens only when you steer, then it may be your steering pump. First check the steering fluid can under the hood to see if it's full (if not, fill it up). However you might have to take it to a mechanic to get a new pump--i had to

Oh, nothing's wrong with it, my friend. You simply have Snoop Dog under your hood (or "in" the hood). You know, he's always talking funny like that...."shzzizzsh-el" my "gzzzssslll." for rizzle.
