Sounds to me like the rotary exhaust bearing is interfering with the cross fed ignition stator, which could result in the camshaft spin sensor shorting out the fuel thingy module causing the car to go into panic! at the disco mode and making your toaster burn your toast. aha, i think i know what you mean. If it happens only when you steer, then it may be your steering pump. First check the steering fluid can under the hood to see if it's full (if not, fill it up). However you might have to take it to a mechanic to get a new pump--i had to
