I lost my job last August and have been drawing unemployment benefits over the past several months. The benefits only pay 2/3 of what I had made on the job. Of course part of receiving the benefits is having to look for work and reply on the weekly claim line.

One of the jobs that i had applied for called me for a phone interview. It seemed like they wanted me for hire but I will not know for sure until tomorrow.

The thing is this job pays way below what I am getting on unemployment.

Would it be better to take a job that pays way way below what my benefits are just for the sake of having employment or to just stay on unemployment and hope something else better happens.

And I can't seem to find it. I have searched through all the "archives" but cannot find this particular one. It is a picture of a mother sewing up a little boys britches while he is across her lap. Do you know the one I am talking about? I am pretty sure that the artist is Norman Rockwell/Saturday Evening Post Magazine.

I said a pianist , people ... what did you think I said ? But seriously folks , I am trying to remember the name of this ( French?) composer I saw quite a long time ago on You Tube. He claims never to have had any music lessons before nor has ever played any type of instrument before.

He also has a Hyperactive Disorder. Do you know who I am talking about ?

I have a male chinchilla persian that I am offering to a lady for stud service in exchange for a kitten .

Her kitty is a red and white persian , I guess it is a kind of rare color but , I am not sure.

I told her that my chinchilla didn't have papers ( I got him as a rescue ) if that made any difference which to her it didn't . She said her kitty didn't have papers either hoewever she is selling the kittens for around 500$

I think that is a little too steep of a price to sell kits when they are not papered . She could sell the kittens but only about half the value of certified kittens .

My problem is --now she wants me to sign a contract in agreement to letting her use my male at least 2- 3 times as stud which = the price of a kitten . She said cost of stud service is around 100 - 150$.

I would get one of his kittens on the first litter she said but have to agree to let out as stud 2 more times when I sign her contract.

Thing is - even tough I'd love to have one of my Chinchillas baby cats , the breeding service has suddenly lost its appeal . Does this deal of letting her use my male as stud service 2 more times seem too much ?

How is it that she can sell the kittens at that price without being CFA certified ? Should I agree to her terms ?

What kind of toy would you be and why were you sent to the island.
