What kind of plant is this ?

you know when you are driving and you have the windows

down and all of a sudden you smell something like saliva

or spit or like morning breath. i have no clue what it is

and im pretty sure its a plant, can someone help me ?

    If it's in the early springtime I'm guessing it's a Bradford Pear tree. They stink pretty bad.

    If it's now it might be road kill. Animal carcasses wind up over in the weeds on the side of the road. You might not see them but they are there stinking to high heaven. It's a pretty gross smell. Overpowering.
