The first two who have answered you are correct of course but let me add something, You can use Olive Oil (It is the Best) and pour some in a Bowl place it over some stem to heat it up and smooth it in your hair, slicking it back, Now, Wrap a towel around your pillow to keep it from getting greasy and sleep with it overnight, then Shampoo it out in the morning.

trust me, It won't hurt to try it once.

hot oil is little tubes of oil and you put them in hot water to warm them, and you put it in your hair (not too often, it would make your hair greasy) and it protects it from heat (blowdry, straightener, curling iron etc.) and if you use olive oil or sheen spray everyday/almost everyday then you might not need the hot oil except maybe once every two months. you can get it at walmart or cvs, and as for it being organic, i have no clue if they make it. you can always try!

It is a great moisturizing treatment for your hair. It`s good for split ends and dry hair, and makes your hair stronger and smoother. You can try: Africa's Best Organics Carrot Tea-Tree Oil Therapy.
