what is a hot oil treatment?
i have african american hair and i just started re-growing it. some1 suggested i get a hot oil treatment once a month but i don't know what it is or how 2 make it. if any1 knows of an all natural 1 like the product i use now (organic hair stimulator Olive Oil)or how 2 make an organic 1 please mention. It is just a super moistorizing oil that you let soak in hot water and then put it on your hair and wash it out. It leaves it nice and soft!

A hot oil treatment is for your hair....when u have dry damaged hair its a treatment that restores health back into your hair and gives it healthy conditioning...:) It good !=)
