I haven't seen anything about this... but one things for sure, Frederick isn't what it used to be. The "cheaper" housing up there has brought in some people that wouldn't have been there 10 years ago. With that said, maybe there are some gangs that have been forming. I'll have to ask my buddy about this... he lives up there... on some mountain. Stay safe!

His MIL observed adult adult males with weapons drawing near the homestead of direction she screamed. there became no reason to kill the canines. those police officers went in weapons blazing and fouled up enormous time. Felt threatened my a$$. if that they had accomplished their examine on the homestead they could have basic who lived there and that that they had canines. they have been given gung ho approximately this without doing any form of history. they might have in simple terms as certainly run a history examine in the past even attempting to leave the equipment to supposedly capture somebody interior the act.

I used to live in "Fredneck" and I would suggest low education levels, poor training, and rampant corruption.
