In Final Fantasy XII, when you libra something, there are little icons that say what they are weakened by....?

Where can I see what these mean? I mean, a little red rock looking thing doesn't help me much if I don't know what it means

Update:

I get the flame mean fire, water drop means water... it is the rock looking things and the little round white ball and those things I don't get..

Update 2:

and does anything cast holy besides having it as a magic?

They're elemental if I remember right. I think the color of the "rock" tells you what its weak to. For instance, Red would be Fire. Brown would be ground/earth. Blue would be Water. White would be Holy. Black would be Dark. Yellow would be Lightning. etc.
