Shampoo/Conditioner Help!?

What's the best shampoo&&conditioner to use to repair dry hair. I dried it out a lot from all the gel/paste/glue ect. I've been using over the years. Now I'm not wearing it in my hair anymore, and I want my hair to be shiny and like alive. Instead of dull.

mmmkayy thankss =]]

Look for any creamy shampoos, Don't use clear brands like "Clairol Herbal Essences"

Conditioner: Vidal Sassoon because if you look at the ingreadients, it only has what is needed to condition your hair, if you look at some other brands, they have too many ingredients

Condition hair 1 inch away from the scalp with Vidal Sassoon conditioner.

Use a good shampoo for dry damaged hair and rinse with warm water and vinager. That will take out all the build up of gel/paste/glue ect.

Go to your local store and look for repairing shampoo/conditioners. Any brand will do I guess.

Put on this simple hair mask: mix some honey and three tablespoons of olive oil. Pour the mixture on your hair and cover it with a shower cap. Rinse off after 30 minutes.

tresemme makes great shampoos and conditioners so you could use the ones to remove build up from the glues etc. and then then have damage repairing ones.

also pantene makes a time renewel mask for your hair which is a deep conditioner to help repair you hair (use it once a week)

    hope this helps

There is this stuff that you can only get at a salon and it is kinda expensive, but worth it. It is called Nioxin and it is the S***!!!! It not only repairs dry and damaged hair, but makes it soft and shiny and thickens it. Good luck!!

you should use a clarifying shampoo if you have been using a lot of styling products. Pantene makes a good one. If you are finding your hair is dry, I like the new Dove conditioners with repairing oil in them. Or try deep conditioning treatment like V05 Hot Oil or V05 protein cream.

Use Head and Shoulders that works, especially if you got dandruff from all styling products. If you don't have dandruff try Garnier Frutics or Dove Repair System (the navy bottle)
