It may be hard to find in the stores just because prosperity made it a "fossil brand" a la Royal Crown Cola-try real working-class izakaya or yakitori places if you want to drink it in its natural habitat. To buy just the Hoppy beverage, you could try an old-school sake-ya or corner store-the same sorts of place you might find ramune or Mitsuya cider before Pepsi and Pocari Sweat pushed them off the shelves of more up to date retailors.
