How much wire needed to wrap around a tube for antenna?

I'm making an antenna. If the gauge of the wire is approx 1.3mm and the diameter of the tube is 19mm, how long must the wire be (roughly) to completely wrap (once around) a tube that is 1 meter in length? (Answer doesn't have to be metric).

    once around is about 6 cm of wire.

    But I guess that you want many turns of wire, and want to know how many turns and how much wire to fill the 1 meter tube with tightly packed windings, in one layer only. (and that is a very long antenna!)

    Diameter of a turn is 19 mm + 0.65mm + 0.65 mm = 20.3 mm

    circumference is π times that or 63.8 mm

    how many turns in 1 meter? each turn takes 1.3 mm plus a bit, call it 1.35 mm.

    1000 mm / 1.35 mm = 741 turns

    741 turns at 63.8 mm each = 47260 mm or 47 meters. About 155 ft.

    19mm dia = pi x 19 = 59.7 mm circumference

    1 meter = 1000 mm / 1.3mm = 769 turns to cover the length of the tube each turn requiring 59.7 mm of wire so....

    the toal length of wire you need is 59.7 x 769 = 45923 mm or about 45 meters of wire....I think 150 feet of wire would do it.
