If you are saying your CDL was canceled because of it. No. You can't drive. But only the government can cancel it. A company can't.
If it's still valid, yes, you can get a job. But it's tough. Conpanies must get approval from insurance companies before they can hire you. And with an accident, it's tough. Unless you have a lot of experience otherwise.
One thing you need to do, is get a DAC report. http://www.ooida.com/Documents/DAC_report.html
That is like a credit report, except any company you have worked for files information about you. Most everyone hiring uses it. They must give you a free report once a year. So you can see what your former employers is saying.
Otherwise, just call the major carriers, talk to a recruiter, and ask what your chances are, or what needs to be done. Like Schneider http://www.schneiderjobs.com/ JB Hunt http://www.jbhunt.com/ Swift. http://www.swifttrans.com/
Most newspapers are full of jobs. Or if you are near a truck stop, grab some of the free booklets listing hundreds of companies. Maybe even post a note on the wall you are looking to drive. Owner operators often have 2 or more trucks they hire drivers for.
