Sorry that i can't tell you where to buy them BUT...I did read that most of the colored "just for fun" contacts are dangerous for your eyes. They aren't made to the same specifications as prescription contacts and that they are bad for your eyes. Maybe you can call your local optometrist and see if they offer them without prescription in them. At least they would then be the correct quality. I don't think you should risk healthy eyesight for colored contacts.

I live in a really small city and there are two places I have found that see non perscription contacts. First place is called "Beauty Smart" so look in your phone book for something like beauty. I also found a place in the mall that has colored contacts but they also offer teeth whitening at the same place and I don't think thats something a normal has. I bought contacts from both places and haven't had any trouble with wearing them just make sure if you do get them to take care of them and make sure they stay moist. I did have a pair that I had forgotten about that had the solution dry up and they cracked into two. Also when looking for a color if you have light eyes get a light color and if you have dark eyes get a dark color. I have dark blue eyes and got light purple ones and they irritated my eyes but my dark green and aqua blue ones did not.

I know this will sound funny, but you need a prescription to buy non prescription contacts......lol.
The reason is because the doctor still needs to prescribe the correct curvature of your eye. Some eyes are more round and some are more flat on the front. If you get a contact lens with the wrong curvature, you could scratch or damage your eye.
So, yes, you can buy all kinds of funky colors and even contacts that look like a bull's eye for halloween or something, but just make sure an eye doctor has given his/her blessing
Otherwise, you might start needing the prescription ones.
Good luck, have fun, but top priority is to keep those beautiful eyes healthy!

I bought some before at a store where they sell prescriptioned contacts, but I can't remember the name, but be very careful. I have 20/20 and when I would put them on, it was like instead of being able to see out of the entire contact, I was only able to see out of a small hole in the middle. That gave me a serious migraine everytime I wore them. I hear walmart has them though.

Well go to acuvue.com and they are my contacts (I have prescription) they are the best you get your free trial pair then you go into any eye center. They we'll list a bunch around your area. Also if you find anything on colored contacts (prescription) tell me all about it... (I so want blue eyes)

There are non prescription lenses but it's not as simple as that. But you first must need to know certain things. Or else your eyes may get damage. There's a decent collection of color contacts here:

Hollywoodcolorlenses.com has six recent complaints against them and an F rating with the BBB. I would not use them. I called them(from the number on their website) and after about 7 or 8 rings I got a recorded message that said call back. It does not even say Hollywood color lenses on the voicemail, very unprofessional. I would not trust them.
