It's quite hard I guess, I'm like that too you kind of have to say to yourself that no one is judging you and even if they are who cares. UsualIy I get this when meeting new ppl or if I haven't been in contact with a friend for a while I sometimes wonder if I said something that may have pissed them off.Most of the time, everything is good in the end and we have the wrong perception of how that person thinks of you.

i guess you kinda gotta be born with it. i dont really care what people think of me, but i dont know how i would advize someone to do the same.
