What do these flight routes mean?

SGF J105 BAYLI BDF5. Can someone tell me what exactly all this means? It is some sort of route and I would like to know what it means, and what each set of letters or numbers mean. Someone knows something.

The numbers, along with the airport and letter codes designate our pre assigned route. They also denote tracks between the airports. There are hundred's of these track around the US and they tell pilots the right way to reach the airport. The airport codes also tell us which ATC stations to talk to along the route.

    SGF is Springfield, MO

    BDF is Bradford, IL

Sorry, couldn't find info on the other numbers. I don't know flight jargon. But basically it's a flight between Will Rogers airport and O'Hare airport:
