Okay, before I answer your q... *looks around* I hope Naruto Uzumaki isn't here or he'll ruin my BA chances for sure! lol X3

It was Sasuke who killed his older brother, Itachi

Jiraiya is one of the 'Sannin', which means 3 Ninjas, the 3 legendary ninjas of all time. He used to be a student of the 3rd Hokage along with Orochimaru and Tsunade. He is the one who teached the 4th Hokage, Namikaze Minato, Pein aka Nagato and Naruto (all of his student became really strong ninjas). Plus he's the author of 'Icha Icha Paradise' and 'Icha Icha Violence', the book for 18 and above (you know what I mean...) Kakashi is a big fan of his books and always seen reading them

Tsunade, like Jiraiya is also one of the legendary 'Sannin'. She is extremely skilled in medical and also the 5th (Godaime) Hokage of Konoha. She loves to gamble, but always have no luck :P When she is still a student, Jiraiya always teased her about the flat chest so she probably did someting to make her chest bigger XP She is also the granddaughter of the 1st Hokage~

Sasuke killed Itachi

Jiraiya is the Toad Sage Sannin. He was also Naruto's sensei for a while, and taught Naruto to rasengan. Jiraiya is also known as Ero-sensei, aka Pervy Sage xD. He is the author of the Icha-Icha series, of which Kakashi is often found reading.

Tsunade is the Medical Ninja Sannin. She used to be on a team with Jiriaya. In the past, she lost her lover and little brother who both wanted to be Hokage. She has a bond with Naruto for that reason. Tsunade is also currently the Fifth Hokage.

1. Itachi was killed by Sasuke, who later learns the TRUTH (dun dun dun) about his brother and his entire family in which Itachi was trying to hide. Sasuke cries in loss of his brother.

2. Jiraya is a Sannin, one of the 3 legendary leaf ninja. He is also the author of the Icha Icha books Kakashi is always shown reading. He peeps on girls, usually when they're in the hot springs. (Poor things!) He is also, as we find out later in the manga, he's a sage. A very powerful toad sage.

3. Tsunade is also a Sannin. She is EXTREMELY strong. She can cause people to fly back many miles by simply flicking them with her finger. She's the fifth Hokage and Sakura's teacher

1. Sasuke killed his elder brother and a slightly recent manga chapter; this has not been revealed in the anime as of yet, so there is no episode for it yet.

2. Jiraiya is one of the three legendary Sannin/Sennin (can never remember how to spell it), known for his toads and perversion; he is the author of Come Come Paradise (Icha Icha Paradise). He was a pupil of the Third Hokage, and a sensei (teacher) to both the Fourth Hokage and Naruto. Naruto is named after a character in Jiraiya's books.

3. Tsunade is also one of the three legendary Sannin/Sennin; known for her slugs and knowledge in the medical field; she was the person who demanded that there be one medical ninja in every squad, after the death of her lover, and also, her brother. She was a pupil of the Third Hokage, and sensei to Sakura Haruno later in the series. She becomes the Fifth Hokage after Jiraiya and Naruto track her down. She has quite the gambling problem and has a phobia of blood (not so good when you work in the medical field, neh?)

Jiraya-What do you wanna know about him? He's the erro sennin. The Perverted Sage. One of the 3 legendary ninja.

Tsunade is also one of the 3 legendary ninja. She's gambles and drinks like hell and by episode 100 or 99 or something like that, she becomes the fifth hokage. She is very skilled at medical jutsus and become Sakura's mentor in that field.

I don't think it's animated yet.....it's in the manga though.

You'll get good information too, because Itachi wasn't the bad guy he was assumed to be.

Jiraiya is of course the perverted "Toad Sage", was made Narutos God father by Namikaze Minato *the Fourth Hokage* , yatta yatta, I won't go on, read the manga.

Tsunade is one of the Densetsu no Sannin. She excells in strength *superhuman*, Konoha's best Medical-ninja, et cetera, and has a giant sug with many loyalties.

i comprehend Sasuke does not kill her, she gave all her chakra to Katsuyu to maintain the villagers risk-free from discomfort after one in all his bodies tried to injury the Leaf Village. Sasuke had no longer something to do w/it or replaced into there. Tsunade is in basic terms in a typical coma.
