It means you have been obsessing about your brothers girlfriend too much. You should do nothing, since it is HIS girlfriend . . . you need to get one of your own.

.But then its just a girlfriend might not be ur brothers wife so mayb u might have a chance( if she likes u) all in all it is the woman's choice to decide and its totally normal for a man to chase after a woman.But you should find out if ur brother has strong feelings for his girlfriend you have to think about how he will feel as well.

Everyone here can give u an advice, but its you at the end of the day to decide. your brother, or a girl that you i feel" think" ur in love wit. Its a hard desision.
