Actually eating at night is not the end of the world, in fact it's a necessity. You should be eating 5-6 times a day at 2.5 hour intervals. You need to eat healthy and exercise.

here's a good site to help you:

Losing weight and keeping it off is a lifestyle change, you need to completely change the way you live, plan meals, plan workouts, get a good amount of sleep and stay away from junk food, juice and empty calories.

Understand first, and be straight forward that this WILL NOT be an easy task. Once you've gotten that out of the way...begin by changing a few things at a time rather than just jumping into a crazy diet like most everyone does.

Start going to the gym for example, even if you don't change your diet off the bat..the idea is to build small (good) habits, one by one. That way you will not feel overwhelmed.

You can also cut carbs after at certain time in the afternoon. Switch your whites to wheats...some reasonable things that won't be crazy...easing into it if you feel you are seriously overweight or have battled with failed weight loss attempts in the past. I won $1000 doing a fitness challenge last year and now help host a fitness challenge twice a year.

ODV Fitness Challenge. You can look the video up on youtube.

Read 'You On A Diet' by Drs. Roizen and Oz. If you really want to change your lifestyle and not just lose a couple pounds temporarily, you need to know how your body works -- what happens to the food you eat. You should consider cutting out soda (diet and regular). Also, you may want to consider cutting out processed foods that have transfat and/or high fructuse corn syrup.

The best guidelines for eating healthy and not going crazy while you do: Eat when you're hungry. Stop when you're full. Eat mostly plants. Eat whole foods -- foods that haven't been processed and that don't have additives or chemicals. Cook for yourself so you know exactly what's going in your food. And make sure that you are moving your body -- even if that just means going for a walk or parking your car far away.

Set small goals. When people start deciding to lose weight, some will go for 15 pounds in a month. This is possible but it is not healthy and is bad for your body. Also keep in mind it's not al about calories. Calories are just units of energy. Things you need to watch are sevring size, sugars (less), fats (less, but some are healthy), protiens (more) and ingredients (watch anything with trose in it, sugars other names). Usually the less ingredients to make the product, the better.

Set goals and have a motivation. My motivation was impresing a girl, then later I just did it for my own well being.

Watch what you eat it may not sound very helpful but i know a lot of people who have changed by it. Also exercise push ups running and trying out for sports help too :)

    i have plenty!

first off, dont eat at night. that's the worst time to ever eat.

second, you have to burn more calories then you consume to lose weight so exercise plenty.

third, drink lots of water and lay off on sodas and alcohol.

a lot depends on your lifestyle, though. if you know you eat a lot of fast food, lay it off. substitute fatty snacks for things like fruit, granola, veggies, or other light snacks.
