    ¡Qué difícil eres! or ¡No te acabo de entender! Btw, "chupa mi verga" is very rude, don't say it.

    ¡Que difícil eres!

    Lit. "How difficult you are!"

    (In Spanish you can use how as emphasis the way English uses 'so', but only at the start of a sentence. You can also use 'tan' in the middle:

    '¡Eres tan difícil!' (a more literal approach to the original)
