In general, it involves death that results from the negligent operation of a vehicle, or that results from driving whilst committing an unlawful act that does not amount to a felony. In general, it is a lesser charge than manslaughter.

I believe that the punishment must fit the crime so much so, that it would cause others to fear, and not follow in this guys footsteps.

A mother is without her two small children and her life will never be the same. Should he enjoy three square meals a day for the rest of his life? You be the judge.

If one knew how severe the consequence of getting into to a car under the influence of a mind altering drug before hand, maybe there would be less crime commit as this.

Could be murder, and or vehicler homicide charges just have to wait and see.. Either way some sad women lost there kids on the count of an idiot that was more than likely gone on drugs or drunk or both.. how sads that.. Such a young life..
