Who plant Bombs in Public places in the crowded cities in India? What is their message to innocent ones?

Well, it depends on what type of terrorist you're talking about.

Suicide bombers normally do it because since they are sacrificing themseves to be rid of the inferior to their religon. Alah (their God) is honored and is to give the suicide bomber the reward of 70 virgins (or is it 50?).

I'm guessing what their message is is that they are not afraid to waste the lives of others for the sake of honoring their religon.

It's ridiculous, I know.

I don't know who did, but America just approved budget for Pakistani military jet planes. I guess that whoever hates India feels pretty safe now and we can expect more masscres knowing that the US will not go after any attackers coming from Pakistan.

It's the mental attitude of Islamofacists that violence is the way to convert people to Islam.
