slowish dancing for 2 hours 684 calories
faster dancing same 750
walking burns about 100 calories per mile depending on weigh so thats arround 3-400 calories

sit ups and crunches dont burn that many calories but they keep your metabolism raised for a while. If you want to find out how many its has burned try sites light sparkpeople or dailyplate that can make sure that your eating enough to stay healthy.
Im not sure how many times your doing this a week, but to loose a pound a week you need to burn 3500 calories a week.
And yes Tai Bo and Kickboxing is a good work out and helps strength stamina and flexability, balance and core muscles. Make sure you dont fully extend your arm when you punch.
