What is the difference between a goal and an aim?

    An aim is just sort of a vague direction you want something to go in (ie, "I aim to be a CEO one day."

    A goal is more specific than an aim (ie, "My goal is to be the CEO of a major business compahy and make six figures a year.")

    that's how i see it anyway...
