Isn't it better to have multiple specialized gods than one god who must be chief cook and bottle washer?

Update:

Hi Jarhead, as I said, these are specialized gods so each would be working in it's own area and there would be little coordination needed.

Update 2:

If we puny humans have so much trouble working together, imagine the havoc when different powerful gods try to create different things to be in the same place.

What if the god of plants decided that plants needed different nutrients from the soil, but the god of the earth didn't want to let them have them? What if the god of the sky wanted the atmosphere to be helium but animal life needed oxygen? What if the god of the sun decided that the sun should explode? The entire earth would be gone in moments, and all the gods who had anything to do with the earth would be jobless. They would be very angry, and you wouldn't want an angry god. Where would they be put to work?
