Which party had more victims in the housing crisis, Democrats or Republicans? And why do you think this?

I think it was the Democrats that got hit hardest, because they took bigger risks figuring if they would get bailed out if there was a problem.

The Republicans haven't been spared, but it's more of a lost in investments and jobs rather than incurring massive debt and or ruining their credit.

Victims are just that, victims. I can not see the relevance in attempting to establish a political classification here.
