simply, when a fetus can survive without extraordinary measures outside the womb, then it's no longer a woman's choice. Until then, it is...and by the way, there actually is a legal consensus. The end of the second trimester. Until then, simply put, a fetus is not human, and thus it's not murder.

No consensus? Then I would say it's when the fetus is viable. I'm no supporter of abortion, but I don't have the right to tell someone what she should do in any circumstance since I'm not that person and I've not been in her shoes.
