Question

how do you get a violation for an answer?? I didn't say anything bad at all.... Do other yahoo answer people report you??  Is that what the report abuse button is?? Can you find out who reported you?? just wondering cuz i want to report this one person and i don't want them to know who i am.... they are a little odd.... o and if you are reading this and think it might be you, it's not, trust me

Yes, you can get reported for answers as well as questions. No, you can't find out who reported you. Besides, it usually takes more than one report to get something removed. The answers have to follow the same rules as the questions. Read the CGs to learn what a violation is – chatting is the #1 reported violation:

Remember to only report things that actually do break the rules, otherwise you can 'lose reliability' on the site and any future reports by you won't carry the same weight.

if you report somebody they dont know who reported you...
