I have Back head, neck, back, arm pain and foot numbness What is it?

I have a pain in the back of my neck that goes down my back to my arm to my foot, I had a CAT done put everything came out ok docs. told me it was stress but I hate it. first the back of my head under the scull gets tight then in runs down my neck to my left upper back, then sharp pains in my arm and finally my foot starts getting numb, I also got my heart check and they said i was find can someone tell me what it is? or if you have the same sympthoms. It only happens once in a while.

and the pain is through the inside not the outside it is not a good feeling

There are several possibilities for what could be causing this such as pinched or entrapped nerves (an example only).

One way they can find out is by doing an MRI (this test looks at soft tissue areas like the nerves where as CAT Scans are done to check structures such as bone).

I would recommend getting another opinion, preferably from someone that does not share the same offices of the doctors you have already been to, to see what they say.
