Am I a jerk, or is she too needy?

She asked me, just after a 10am dentist appt (under local anestitia) if I would take orders and deliver food to her office for her and 3-4 coworkers. I said no, I had stuff to do, then she gets a bit of an attitude like I'm selfish. I then went directly to the mall, and bought a new belt b/c I forgot to put one on in the AM, during this time she said she had the food order covered. So, then I went to the food court and got a quick bite before finally heading back to work so my staff could go to lunch. In a conversation, I ended up telling her I went to the mall and got lunch, and she FREAKS out on me calling me a selfish jerk and every other name in the book. I jsut think it's rediculous and inconsiderated to even be asked to take orders and bring food for 4-5 people that I don't work with after squeezing in a dentist appt ,etc. Am I a jerk or is she been needy?

well i think that its kinda both, she needy because she expects u to do these things for her and doesnt think about how it can effect u. but ur a jerk for going to the mall and getting food and telling here that, to her it sounds like u had plentely of time to bring the food to her and u just didnt want to help

so you dont work with this girl or her co-workers, yet she wanted you to be delivery boy for them after your dentist appointment?

it would be a nice jester on your part, but shouldnt be something expected of you...

is this girl your girlfriend or just a friend? if its your girlfriend she may have had alternative motives for you bringing them food, like wanting to show you off. would have pissed her off if you spoiled them... lol. but no, sounds a bit too needy for my liking.
