bleach alternative spilled in my car, what now?

I accidentally spilled Tide with bleach alternative (the 2x concentrated version) into my car. I've scraped off some of it but I don't know how to attack the rest. I was thinking about carefully using a house but then I would have no idea how to dry the car. Anyone have any experience or solutions?

A good amount of water and a wet/dry shop vacuum. When you get all the soap out, idle the car with the heater on full blast for an hour or two. I learned of this at a car dealer. They run it with the heat on full and the windows closed after they shampoo carpets and want the car on the front lot fast.
