What is healthier to use for low back pain....ice or heat?

    ice as it will reduce the inflammation on the muscles and things. every time i go to the chiropractors he tells me ice not heat! and keep moving!

    Start off with heat, stretch, excercise if possible then use ice at the end of your session.
