Who is happier Yankees fans or Red Sux fans?
With Manny not backing up Ortiz the Yanks fans have to be ecstatic. But some how again the Red Sux have turned a former hero into a villain. (see Clemens Garciaparra, Damon, or Vaughn all the way back to Ruth) So are the Sux fans happier that the cancer is gone, or the Yanks fans happy they gave up the solid bat

Yankees Fans because there rivals The Red Sox aren't in first place and i think the Yankees are ahead of them or they will be because the Red Sox are not pulling through like David Ortiz and Josh Becket, Johanthan Papolbon. But along time ago Red Sox fans where happy because they had good players like Jhonny Damon, Vaugh, Garciaparra, Pedro Martinez, Babe Ruth, and i think Roger Clemens. But the Yankees have the main stars and future hall of famer players! But i like the Red Sox better.

Surely Yankees are happy right now, and their chances have increased. Boston has a way, and history of trading big time players, as you mentioned. This move I personally think was a bad one, and as a Yankee fan, well, you get where I am coming from. Boston has put up with his immature, irrational, verbal spitfire for quite a while, why risk losing his offense now, while in fight for division and WC? Bay is no Manny. However red Sox still have Big Papi and Youkilis, so. At least on paper as with many, they look good, but I still think this will haunt them at end of season and perhaps thereafter.

Make no mistake about it, not many are very happy in Beantown about the loss of a Hall of Famer.
Its all about the Yankees now. We got Nady and Pudge. Red Sox lost Manny.
And besides, remember the Xavier Nady trade the Yankees got? The Yankees got the better of the two Pirates. Nady is batting .328 while Bay is hitting .282, Bay only has 3 more RBI than Nady, and Nady has an OBP of .385 while Bay's is .375.
Red Sox fans cannot be very happy.

The Yankee fans are in an orgasmic state right now. I feel as though they need to thank Manny for making there life alot easier. The cancer still produced for the Red Sox and made it impossible for teams to walk him and Papi. From this point on, Ortiz will easily lead the league in intentional walks

So if the Yankees won would you be speaking approximately how undesirable Sabathia replaced into final night? He had 3 stable innings and fell aside and different than Ramirez the Sox pen replaced into positive, in assessment to the Yankees pen. Pedroia tied the sport and the bypass forward run replaced into whilst Posada forgot the thank you to capture the ball whilst it bounced off his glove. yet a win is a win and there are 161 to bypass, the full season isn't desperate on beginning night. Calling them the crimson Sux takes away ninety 9% of your credibility besides.

Yankees fans are happier in the short term, no longer having to deal with Manny Ramirez.
Long term, who knows? The Red Sox could make out like bandits on this one if Jason Bay becomes a superstar. I don't see that happening, but strange things happen in baseball.

It's the Red Sox.
Honestly.
EDIT: I think Red Sox fans have the most initial happiness, but it will fade. Yankees fans will be happy with this trade for the rest of time.
By "It's the Red Sox" I really mean: "Stop saying Red Sux because it sounds stupid."

First off, Red Sox fans adored Manny Ramirez and if the Sox would've kept him they still would. It was the Red Sox front office that was tired of him.The Yankee's organization and their fans are jumping for joy.Hopefully in their joy, they won't be swept by the Angels.

wow, you're really creative with the whole "sux" thing. hey, how's roger doing? us true fans were happy to see this new and rude manny go...his ego got too big and we're an organization that doesn't deal with that kind of arrogance (that would be the yanks which seem to encourage that kind of behavior...maybe they should focus on their game).

well ur clearly right abt the way the they turn heroes into villains .. ofcouse thats just another way to make headlines .. when u have only won seven world series titles in your entire history ..
but yea .. im pretty sure those fa*gots up in boston are happy to see .. "manny being manny" in LA .. because they all hated him when he was there .. RIGHT? LOL
