I have been running 2 miles a day and eating 2 chicken caesar salads a day for nearly 3 months and I haven't lost a pound. Previously, I would eat around 2500-3000 calories daily and I would not exercise at all. The only success I have had in weight loss has happened when I starved myself, eating one unbalanced meal a day. I managed to lose 20 lbs in 3 months by hardly eating, 3 years ago. It was very unhealthy because I had protein in my urine as a result. I don't understand what is going on. I'm 22 years old, 5'9", 170 lbs. I'm looking to lose 25-30 lbs. HELP PLEASE!!!!

i dont kno whats wrong with me. i think i am the least sexual person in the world. im close to 19 and i have no desire to have any affection in a relationship. i dont like to be touched at all .. not even in a friendly manner. i dont like to be kissed either. i don't think im a lesbian, but then again i dont kno. im lost .. is anyone else on my boat ?

she is a disgusting whore. she told a mexican she would marry him so he could get his american citizenship, but then took his money. he probably should've killed her then. her husband got deported years ago and now my brother is fuc|<ing her brains out. obviously they are on cloud nine, but the rest of my family wants this to be over with. seriously i've tried making bold and rude comments about the situation and whatnot but that's gone sour. my brother has a huge heart and he is very insecure, thats why he falls for people way under his level. he is very attractive and a great person. he says that he won't marry her, but i genuinely think that he is inclined to it.

how the hell do i approach him in a serious manner to tell him how much i can't stand her guts and that i want no part of her in our family? .. without losing my temper !

I've been on a diet in which I take half of the calories I used to, I eat healthier than I used to, and I run 1 mile 5 days a week, now. I have been on this diet for almost 3 weeks and I haven't lost a single pound. I eat a bowl of special K for breakfast, a salad for lunch, and if I eat dinner, it's a turkey and cheese sandwich. No snacks in between. I also only drink water.

I am getting discuraged and wondering if I am doing something wrong or if the results are just not showing this early. If i can get any insight, it would be helpful. Thanks.

i was playing basketball yesterday when i went up for a layup, got fouled, and came down hard. i landed on my foot the wrong way and now my knee hurts like hell. i had a hot shooting pain from the middle of my knee directly to my kneecap and it lasted for a good two minutes. this has happen a couple of times before, only lasting a few seconds and no pain or discomfort afterwards. this is 24 hours later and i cannot put any pressure on my knee when it is bent (squating, lunging, etc.) and laying in bed with it straight has a tingly feeling. can someone tell me what this might be? thanks so much!
