how do people put joggers over the power lines and why do they do it?

I'm not sure if it's true, but my friend is a policeman and he told me that drug dealers do that to mark their territory. So maybe that's how it started out, but it think people just do it for fun. all you have to do it tie the laces together and throw them up until they get caught.

It's a bullying thing, usually done to a younger victim, they steal their joggers then throw them up over the power lines across a street somewhere. It useally gets a few sniggers from their brain dead mates! They probably sit on their brains and dont realise it! lol.

Bully's do it to younger kids so they will get into trouble from their parents. Never heard about the drug thing before.If that is true ,it is a very obvious sign for the cops!

Maybe they were trying to tight-rope walk on the lines & got electrocuted & all that's left of them is their shoes!

it means that people near your house are being fags. even bullys.... takes me back. joke.

im 15 and i see it alot. they ussually pinch peoples shoes, moslty of their mats and throw them up there. so they can find them

So the poor little bugger that owns them can't get them. and why?..Because they can...and near the house.....Points out where the sap lives that owns them.
