3D computer monitor??

Question

I was surfing ebay for a new PC monitor and I came accross a listing for a 3D computer monitor.  Has anyone ever used one or have one?  Does it really work?  I've fallen for ebay scams before like the signal "boosting" piece for cellphones lol that was like a $40 sticker u put on your battery.  Of course I'm not going to ask the lister for any info because they're just going to tell me what I want to hear but this thing sounds like an awesome step in technology but why isn't bestbuy selling them?  Newegg has listings and reviews are back an forth saying things of ghosting an someone said that its due to the users eyesight.  Thoughts?

For 3d in gaming these days, you need a whole collection of equipment. Generally every one of the following items has to support a single 3D standard: -The monitor -The GPU -The software you're using -The drivers you're using -Any external equipment (like glasses)

Trust me when i say that the manufactures would be putting this technology into their hand sets if it was worthwhile.  Handset compitition is brutal and the one with the best performance and picture wins. They would jump on this idea in a heart beat if it was worth having.

Yo he comprado de muchas veces ordenadores en los sitios web y siempre he encontrado la mejor calidad, el ultimo ordenador es para una amiga, la verdad es que parece especial creado para ella porque tiene un disco duro con una excelente capacidad de almacenaje y va bastante rápido por su gran memoria y su buen procesador, muy buena compra sin duda.
