There are none where you are taught mostly in English. If you are serious about pursuing a degree in South America, you must improve your fluency in Spanish first. One option would be to study Spanish for a year or two at a US University before applying. Many US universities offer the opportunity of a semester or a year abroad which could be spent in South America, so you could combine the study abroad experience with a US degree.
Once you have adequate fluency, you must remember that universities in South America are quite competitive and usually give first preference to residents of their own country. If you are admitted. you will find the style of teaching in most universities is more like that in Europe and quite different from that found in most US universities.
