NO, BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO SHOW PROOF OF RESIDENCY. IF YOU HAVE LIVED THERE FOR THREE MONTHS AND CAN PRODUCE SOME KIND OF MAIL WITH A MISSISSIPPI ADDRESS THAT IS ADDRESSED TO YOU THEN THEY MIGHT. THE MAIL HAS TO BE A BILL OR A BANK STATEMENT OR SOMETHING PROFESSIONAL, IT CAN'T JUST BE A LETTER FROM A FRIEND.

No, sorry. You have to be a resident of the state you are getting your license in. And besides that, if you tried it, you couldn't just transfer your license from one state to another. You have to actually test in the new state, and since you aren't 18, Ohio wouldn't let you even take the test.

    Sorry.

No normally you have to be a resident with an in state address. I hope you have family there because who goes to Mississippi for vacation.

Maybe you can use your family's address.
