She probably owes the utility company money under her own name, so she used a friend or family member's name.

The utility company will not give you any info, because you are not liable for the bills. Whoever's name is on the account is.

You should find out whose name the bill is in because if you end up evicting this troubled tenant, the bill payer is going to have to be named in the eviction as well. Whomever has the bill in their name has made themselves legal occupants of your property.

Often times the tenants will set service up in a friend's name, or a fake name, due to having debts with the suppliers in their own names. As bad as it may seem, you don't really know if it's fraudulent or not, so it's not your problem. As long as it is on, and you know it's not in your name, don't even worry about it.

We hire interior the united kingdom and in all our condo properties have had the determination of our very own employer. I think of it is the norm, except it is written into an contract? So no, not many times. it is none of their employer. upload- needless to say if the Utilities are coated interior the hire, then the owner, who could be paying, could be able to apply the employer he needs.

Yep as others say, as long as its not in your name, and you gave the readings over at the beginning of the tenancy, you have nothing to worry about.

Do you have a "Landlord-Tenent" office near by?

If so do your complain in writing and send it ti them.

If not,I guess you have to hire a Lawayer.
