    Why would it be??

    I walk my dog every night around that time..

    it depends on your surroundings. if people around you sleep early and at 10pm u r d only one awake with ur dog then its weird.people might even think you are a burglr but if people around you are still awake, if they are coming in and out of the house then it wont be weird..
