All steering wheel which support PS2, can support any PS2 game, the thing is you need to configure it.
I have a steering wheel which is compaitble with PS1 and PS2.
I can even play Smack Down vs RAW with my steering wheel, i just need to configure it through some method which is described in the manual, such as you can configure X as the acceleration or even configure the right analog stick for acceleration.
Conclusion: Just buy a steering wheel which supports PS2.
