Im awn overweight teen that needs help

Okay any other teenager can eat junk food like all their life and never gain an ounce of weight Im just as active as those other teens i mean i go and bust my butt at football practice almost every day and eat somewhat healthy its like their metabolism is just in overdirve while mines wont even budge to start moving please help me i cant figure out why i get fatter when i do eat something unhealthy im like 320 lbsand 5 10 tips

    Do cardio, like start swimming laps at the pool. It will help you burn the fat off. You could try eating totally healthy but it really comes down to how many calories. Unhealthy food does tend to have more sooo that explains why it makes you gain weight. Don't eat any fast food (maybe like once a month), try not to eat any snacks after you eat dinner, I'm pretty sure that your body doesn't like burn as fast when you're asleep. Eat healthy snacks during the day between meals to keep up your metabolism. Always eat a good breakfast in the morning, and smaller things until dinner time. That's all I can think of to help.     If you want to lose weight, the key is to burn more calories than you take in. to do that, exercise and a healthy diet are the things you need to do. For a healthy diet, you should be eating 6 meals a day. A breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and a dessert. When you have 6 meals a day it keeps your metabolism up and is actually healthier to eat more. But, the meals should be mostly healthy but for dessert give yourself a nice treat. For exercise, you need to make sure you don’t overdue it. A good exercise I enjoy doing is Pilates for weight lose. You can buy that DVD at target. It works great. also, you can run, power walk, do crunches, sit-ups, a sport, swim, an exercise ball and just having your heart pumping and making u sweat is when u no the workout is working. Keep doing this and you will see results. Also, if you want to build muscle lift weights. But just remember that muscle weighs more than bone so if u get rid of fat and end up getting muscle, you will gain more but still look good! Hope I helped!!! Thx! (:

    I'm a woman, and I have worried about weight although I've never been over 140 pounds.

    I think you should watch how many calories you intake.

    If you want to gain weight - eat more calories than you burn.

    If you want to stay where you're at - eat as many calories as you burn.

    If you want to LOSE WEIGHT - eat less calories than you burn.

    If you're burning up to 2,000 calories a day, then you need to eat 1,500 calories a day. In your case... you should probably work out a little more. Lifting weights will help you lose fat and gain muscle. It takes motivation.

    Extra tip: on the back of food labels look to see how much Fat is in it.

    There should be something like this

    Total Fat 8 g

    Sat. Fat 5 g

    Polyunsaturated 2 g

    Monounsarurated 1 g

    [Saturated fat is what you should look for and make sure it's always low (between 0-5), it's what adds fat to your body. Poly & mono fats are good for you, so eat as much of that as you'd like!!!]

    I think there are only so many words and advices a teen can take in.

    Personally I'd just say: STOP EATING JUNK

    and

    GO SWIMMING 3 TIMES A WEEK and SWIM FAST.

    that's it.

    well you could try not to eat unhealthy since your metabolism is slower, and you should try to burn more calories then you take in to lose weight
