I use siteflip.com; I believe they do yearly accounting, but they're so dirt cheap that you can pay your whole year for what you'd pay for a single month many other places anyway, so it doesn't really matter. They're a touch slow (in terms of latency), but fairly reliable so far, and they have LOTS of options (packages/frameworks).
