What religion is this?

Question

I want to know what faith this is. or is this a religion? 
The most I have seen are Russian it think (accent sounds Russian) 
The ladies and girls wear long dresses, women tie up their hair into a cloth thing. Girls will have long hair tied into pony tail braids. ( at least the most i have ever seen.)
The men don’t shave and everyone wears a belt. 

I have seen people who dress like this, I have always assumed the dress code was because of their faith, but I really don’t know so that is why I am asking I am curious.

It could be the Amish people of which you speak.

Or, they may just dress like that because they are Russian.
