How can I resize photos on my Windows Vista computer?
The pictures I scanned used to come out wit low resolution so I could put them on Ebay. Since my brother put pictures on with his camera they are coming out too large to put on the website. I have been using paint program to resize them but it takes forever and sometimes freezes up. How else can I resize these or get it back to how it used to be?

i would get photoshop installed on your comp photoshop is the solution to all of your photo needs I always use it! you can download an old version of it for free here

I would suggest you use http://www.shrinkpictures.com/ If sounds Vista trouble with Paint. Try the online program.
