Why do I keep getting cramps?

Over the last year, I have stopped lifting weights and running. My eating habits have not changed. I keep getting cramps in my legs. Calves and theighs mainly. Any ideas? Any ways to prevent them. They suck

    one of my best friends is going theough the same thing but he still works out every day. what you need is potassium, so eat like one banana per day and you should start feeling better really quickly.

    Well, my answer may not be the greatest but I hope it helps, I beleive you are getting the cramps because you aren't actually "using" your legs. Every day stretch your calves, hamstrings, and thighs. Do this as soon as you wake up and you won't have cramps for a while and you'll have nice toned legs. every few hours whenever you can go ahead, STRECH! If you have any problems, shoot me a email!
